I happen to come across this link and thought I would add it to my list of knowledge bases. I am currently building a CRM with Access for a small firm. Currently we only have 5 users (me being one of them), but are planning on rolling out a new version for the full 10 people for relatively heavy use in the coming month or so.
Thanks in advance for help on any questions I may have, and hopefully I will be able to help a few people out myself!
You might really want to consider a more reliable alternative to using Access as the data store in a busy 10 user system.
Check out MSDE, for instance. It is comparable to Access from a storage size limit, but other than that, is is much superior database, technically.
