    Unanswered: Help with sqldbgr

    I'm tryin' to use the sqldbgr of sybase, but when it gave me that message:

    Check that the SYBASE_JRE or JAVA_HOME environment variable has been set and points to a Java runtime environment.

    I'm tryin' to use it in Solaris, but I don't know how to set these variables and how to point it too.

    I'll thanks your help !!

    Assuming your default shell is ksh and ASE 12.5.3
    Code:
    $ cat .profile
    PATH=/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/ucb:/etc:/usr/local/bin:.
    export PATH
    MANPATH=/usr/share/man:/usr/openwin/share/man:/usr/dt/share/man:/usr/local/man
    export MANPATH
    . ~/SYBASE.sh # Set sybase env
    PATH=$PATH:$SYBASE/sybcent41/bin:$SYBASE/jutils-2_0/jisql
    export JAVA_HOME=$SYBASE/shared-1_0/JRE-1_3
    export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH # Override default java
    export JDBC_HOME=$SYBASE/jConnect-5_5
    export CLASSPATH=$SYBASE/jConnect-5_5/classes/jconn2.jar:$SYBASE/jConnect-5_5/classes:$SYBASE/jutils-2_0/jisql/jisql.jar
    export PS1='['$( /usr/xpg4/bin/id -un )'@'$( uname -n )' ${PWD}]
    $ '
    export EDITOR=vi
    export FCEDIT=vi
