    Unanswered: Date date was appended.

I can't seem to find it, but I know its gotta be simple.

I wanna make a field = the date the data was added to table.

    Whats the formula for this?

On the form (with the properties visible), in the DefaultValue row on the properties for that field, put =date(). And lock the field if you don't want users changing the value. Otherwise, you can also do it in the table design for DefaultValue for that field. Do you also want to track "who" added the record?
