Unanswered: Convert null to zero values

    Hi all,

I have a report which calculates estimated cost of outstanding requisitions. The report is made up of sub-reports. The outstanding requisitions are working ok but I have to do a total of the outstanding requisition and I'm getting problems. As a result of null fields, I believe I'm getting the error #Error. What I'll like to do is convert the null to zero in the requisitions fields or probably use something like the nz function in the calculation of my grand total.

The control source of the requisition field is =IIf(IsNull([SumOfTotal]),0,([SumOfTotal]))

and for the grand total, =Sum(Reports!report1!rptOut.Report!Text1). The grand total is not being calculated.

    Can anyone help?

Go to help and enter Nz. Nz is a function that does exactly what you want; converts null values into zeros!
    Hope this helps!
