Unanswered: How can I decrypt from Oracle ?

    Hello.
    Sorry for my English.
I have 2 DB from Oracle 9 and 10 that have encrypted files (DES and 3DES) like Output. The problem is that i must take this file, open, read and insert data into SQL Server 2000, make some operation and after Crypt the data and send they to the Oracle system.
Someone can help me, how to do ? In SQL server there's some tool that Uncrypt DES crypted file ?

    Any suggest will be appreciated.
