    Unanswered: Insert a word document into SQL Server

    Can any tell me how to simpley insert a MS word document into an SQL Server database with a field type of image.

    No. That's because there isn't a simple way to do insert a word document into an IMAGE column.

    What language / tool set are you using? While there isn't a simple way, there is almost always some way to get the job done!

    i suggest that u keep the .doc file as it is in its own folder and save the path of the file in sql server.... of course if your boss does not bite u for this.....
