Question Unanswered: Capturing remote PC's on the network in Access

    Hi everyone,

I'm doing an inventory on remote PC's on my network in MS Access. I'm trying to automate as much as possible.

Is there away of finding the details of a given device from it's host name:
EG Make, Model and serial number, who currently logged on and a list of drives they have access to? Then all of this information is then writen to several different tables.

Am I asking too much of MS Access?

    Thank you for your time.

Thank you for the time replying. Sadly I'm unable to load that sort of thing on the servers.
