    Unanswered: export a filtered table

If I have a query that I have just filetered down to about 6000 records,(from 120,000) how can I export that to excel. It keeps telling me that I have too many records to export to excel. I know I have to save my filterd table to a new table that is exportable.

    Thx

If you export it to a CSV file, then you will be able to open in Excel. Not sure about the error, I don't normally export to Excel.

The problem with exporting is that it exports ALL 120000 RECORDS. Excel dies after 65000 records. That is the whole reason I Filtered, I just wanted a subset of the 120000.

I still have not found out how to export just the filtered table.

Sounds like you're not exporting what you think you're exporting... What process are you going through to export this filtered data?
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
