    Unanswered: Stumped!

I am preparing an Access DB application for a food pantry. Each record ID is based on a client SSN. On the primary user form, a subform allows entry of unlimited visit dates for each client.

I need to automatically record the visit date for each of the client's FAMILY members when the client visit is entered. The family members are entered in a separate subform in the client record. I would like to have a table that automatically lists each family member in the first column and the date of their parent client when the client visit occurs. Can anyone help?

You don't need to store the date of the "parent" client, you already have it. Use a query to pull that information when needed.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
