    Is there a SQL statement that will return the mete data info of a table in 10g (Personal Edition)?

    You might also look at USER_OBJECTS, USER_ALL_TABLES, USER_TAB_COLUMNS, USER_INDEXES, USER_IND_COLUMNS, USER_CONSTRAINTS, USER_CONS_COLUMNS and so on (there are more) depending on what metadata you want exactly.
