Dear Friends, I have a form from where I print a report which I call it rptinvoice. So far i didnt need to save the invoices but now I feel that i should save it. I know how to take snapshot of a report but that is a long way. Is it possible either by writing a code or using some of the already built in fuctions withing MS ACCESS to save each report according to a number field that is already on the report to a different location other than the Database? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks to all.
