    Unanswered: Cross Tab / Transform

Access allows one to create a "Crosstab query", which uses a Transform command. Is this standard SQL or is it just an Access extension? Where can I get more information on the syntax?

Quick question, meantime: Using the "design view" in Access, you can only create a crosstab report on a single table or view (actually saved query, but it's the same idea.) From looking at the generated SQL, it's hard to tell if I can actually use a join here to use two tables, or not. Yes or no?

    Thanks!
