    Oracle offers sample schemas (Scott's is a legend, Human Resources is another one, etc.). Read this page; it will show you how to Install Sample Schemas.

    However, first check and see whether you already have those users in your database. They *might* be locked, and will need you to unlock them. These are the steps:
    Code:
    C:\>sqlplus "sys/pwd@ora10 as sysdba"

    SQL> SELECT u.name, m.status
      2  FROM USER$ u, USER_ASTATUS_MAP m
      3  WHERE u.astatus = m.status#
      4    AND m.status# <> 0;

    <snip>
    NAME                           STATUS
    ------------------------------ --------------------------------
    ANONYMOUS                      EXPIRED & LOCKED
    FLOWS_FILES                    LOCKED
    </snip>

    SQL> alter user flows_files account unlock;

    User altered.

    SQL>
    [P.S.] "Flows_files" is just an example! This is NOT the one to be unlocked.
