    Unanswered: Default to last entry

I have an MS Access form that has a drop-down list in the header that pulls information from a table with a list of projects. In the details section I have several fields. After I create a record a new blank one opens. What I would like to have happen is the project list drop-down default to the last selection when creating a new record to speed up input. Each project will have several entries before switching to the next one. Thanks.

    Hello Bills!

    Look at "DemoDefaultValueA2000", field "f2JobID" in Form1.
    Adapt it on your task.

I think MStef-ZG's approach is probably the right one, defaulting to the control's value in the previous record as opposed to changing the default on the drop down box.
    Hope this helps!

This is exactly what I wanted to happen, thanks! I am however getting a error when I paginate.
    Code:
    Private Sub Form_BeforeUpdate(CANCEL As Integer)
Compile error: Method or data member not found.
My "f3" field equivalent is text not a number. Should I use
    Code:
    CANCEL As SOMETHING ELSE?
Sorry I much much of a BASIC person.
