    Unanswered: Copy

    I have created a table named d1 in psql. I have a database stored in a text file. I used the command copy to transfer database from text file to psql table. but it says that i do not have priviledges to open the file thought i have set all priviledges. Plzz help

    when you installed postgresql, it was under a non-admin user account (default name is postgres)

    it may be that psql uses this default name; check to make sure that user postgres has access to the file.
