    Unanswered: SQL Server Table question

    Hi guys,

I am fairly new to SQL Server. So I was trying to create a table and one of the columns in my table is SendEmail. The only 2 possible inputs I want to put in this are

"True" - which mean yes send me the email or
"False" - which means No dont send me an email.

But I dont want to actually type in the words "True"/"False" for each line item. I know in access you can check/uncheck in a particular cell. I was wondering if SQL Server table has a similar capability. Maybe a check/uncheck or maybe when I click on the dropdown it says True/False and I can just point and click what I need instead of actually typing the words True/False.

Please let me know if something like this is possible.

you should use the bit datatype for this column. it has two possible values, 0 and 1.
