Unanswered: Problem with taking backup in a RAC

    Hi there,

I'm working on an Oracle cluster which is running on Sun Solaris.
Everything was working till yesterday which we restarted it. Now I'm trying to take a backup and following error appears:

    EXP-00008: ORACLE error 607 encountered
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
    ORA-00602: internal programming exception
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktfbbredo()+680] [SIGSEGV] [Address
    not mapped to object] [0x58169A038] [] []
    EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

    Any suggestions?!

Internal errors are Oracle bugs, so either this bug is already known and you will find it by searching Metalink, or the only thing you can do is open a Service Request.
