    Unanswered: Publishing to word issue

The publish to word function in access has problems, which you probably know. If you try to publish to word a report it will not pick up any OLE objects which includes any yes/no check boxes. MS acknowledges the problem but has not fixed it. My question is how to work around it to get reports into word including the OLE objects and then be able to email them.
suggestions? MS says to add them by hand but that is beyond most of my users to do that.

I thought about that but I don't want to have to mess with the data records and risk corrupting the data and also change the reports if I can help it.

I think I could put some code in the report that looks at the record for a 0 or a -1 value and puts a yes or no in a text box based on that. that's the best I can think of to do but I wanted to see if there is a better way....
