Hi everyone,

I'd recently experienced a failure where MySQL reported that there were "too many connections". Sure enough I wasn't able to log in to show the processlist to see if this was in fact the case, any attempt to get a console, even via shell, simply spat out that same error message, "too many connections"...

Incidentally, the drive space was at a premium on the SQL server's storage disk. Could the error have been precipitated by a drive having gotten full?
