This error is related to the OS and may be a bug, did you check Oracle Note:211909.1?

Yes I have gone through that doc but has been no help, I have tried the tool that looks up ora 6000 and 7445 internal error codes on metalink but having no luck at all.

What version of 9.2 did you upgrade to?
Were there any errors in the log files?
In particular, did you upgrade the JVM successfully?
What is the version of JServer? If you don't know, see Note:331673.1 on MetaLink

    Upgraded to 9.2.0.1.0

This is what's in the alert log

    Errors in file /space/oracle/OraHome1/admin/agrdev0/udump/agrdev_ora_28312.trc:

I upgraded using the gui upgrade assistant from oracle.

Core dumps and ORA-600 errors dropping out your database - perhaps the upgrade didn't complete successfully? I meant any logs generated by the installer/assistants during the upgrade rather then the alert log.

According to the logs and the GUI the upgrade was a success. I had no error messages whilst doing the upgrade.

If everything relinked OK and there were no error messages when upgrading the catalog then probably best to contact Oracle support to diagnose the cause of the problems.
