I am creating a web-based database application and need yoru thoughts on the best structure for the DB tables to allow best functionality and reasonable speed. Here are the details:

Microsoft-IIS/6.0 server
Access 2003 database
ASP
About 1.5 million records arranged by geographic regions of the state
About 30,000 records for each of 50 regions
About 50 fields in main table

Should I
Set up 50 separate databases?
Set up 50 separate tables in the same DB?
Set up one main DB table?
