please use sp_spaceused with the updateusage argument to see the amount space your data is occupying. This will be the smallest you can shrink your db. Than use DBCC SHRINKDATABASE to achieve this size. Be aware that this command can fragment your database as it rellocates pages and you will want to defrag your indices after your shrink.
