    Unanswered: RPT Page Footer deleted for n number of last pages?

    Happy New Year Everyone . . .

    I have this which works well for removing the last page header.

    I have three charts placed on the last three pages of the report and the page header shows up on the first to chart pages.

    Any way to select a certain number of pages to remove the page footer?

    ie. =(Me.Page = >=Me.Pages 13)

    Code:
    Private Sub PageHeaderSection_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
    Cancel = (Me.Page = Me.Pages)
    End Sub

    "me.pages" returns the number of pages total in the report. if you wanted to set cancel to true based on some calculation of the total number of pages, then you need to define your calculation as such.

    Perhaps if me.page >= me.pages - i

    where "i" is the number of pages you want to remove the footer from.

    What do you think that's supposed to do?
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    Thanks Teddy . . .

    This is what I did . . .Cancel = (Me.Page >= Me.Pages -1)

    Seems to me that it is counting backwards from the LAST page of the report based on the -number that I use.

    Is this correct?

    That should work fine. It's a bit unorthodox structurally speaking, but surprisingly efficient actually...

    I probably would have written that in an if->then statment, but I kind of like what you did there.
