This person will be responsible for configuration and maintenance of the IDM non-production environments. This person will be required to install, configure and document the various infrastructure components and integrate them in multiple environments. This person will also be responsible for administration and maintenance of said components, and deployment of application releases to all environments. To qualify for the position, the candidate must possess the following technical skills (see list below).
Candidate should have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate non-production environment scheduling activities. Coordination includes ongoing support, usage, maintenance, and problem resolution between Technology Services, Applications and Testers. Manage the delivery of specific service requests including software and infrastructure updates. The role will define ownership, standardize and centralize common environment management functions being supported by various groups using different methods. Expected to perform and/or coordinate data load, if necessary, as part of the environment management configuration, based on requests from testing and provision of data files from Test Data Management.
This role will be for non-production environments (IDM application). Standard hours of support are M-F 8-5, with off-hours and weekends upon request.
