    Unanswered: Cannot Synch DBs

We have two access Databases and synch them on a regular basis. One is a master DB that only one person accesses and the other is a DB that several people input data into.

This morning when trying to sync the two .. getting this error:

"synchronization failed. The field is too small to access the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data:

Not really sure where to start or how evern how to troubleshoot this.. can anyone help?????

    First guess:
The field sizes are not identical in the 2 databases.
Field1 in Table1 in the Master db may be set to Text 20, while
Field1 in Table1 in the "Other" db may be set to Text 30. If somebody
put in text that was 21 characters long....
