    Unanswered: IFF error

I have a report field bounded to a table field. I have the following criteria in the field control source and it displays an error#

    =IIf([ExcessPayment]=Yes,"","EXCESS PAYMENT")

I am trying to display the words EXCESS PAYMENT if the Yes/No table field is checked yes.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

A Yes/No field is the same as a True/False field (AKA a Boolean) so, your test should be: [BlahBlahBlah]=-1

And in VB -1 equates to True (or Yes)

Or you could substitute "True" for the -1 ...
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...
