    Unanswered: Report Data

Sorry if this is elswhere, I didn't find anything using Search.

I have a report with subreports. There are not alway records for the same person in both queries.

If I click OK for each record in the report without corresponding therapy data the report formats just as I want it to with subreport section blank for those records.

My question is how can I prevent having to enter OK 150 times each time I run the report? Probably something in the on load event?

one thing you could consider doing is to TEMPORARILY turn off warnings, but remember to turn them back on when finsihsed..... that isnt in my veiw a very good solution.

have you investigated why you get this message that requires you to press the OK button?

To get a bit more assistance you need to rephrase your question to provide more information....

This may help ... especially post 4

    what error message is displayed
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
