I am needing to add a field to a report that will give a count of how many records were created for each month in each year. I have a report that pulls each record for each month each year. The code that it uses is:
=Format$([Mailroom Date],"mmmm yyyy",0,0)
The report works fine and breaks each section down by month and year. But I am needing to add a field to give the count for that month in that year and am not sure on how to do this. Once I have this I am then needing to get a sub count of another field per month.
Such as the code above gives a list of all mail items for each month in the year. I want to then add the field so show Total mail Items = 50 if thats how many there were for that month then the break down. boxes 10, envelopes 25, deliveries 15.
