    Unanswered: Last Login of user

    Hi

    I am using Sybase 15.0.
I want to know the date and time of last successful login of the user without enabling the auditing of database. Means is there any table in database where this information is stored .

AFAIK this information is not stored anywhere in the server (except via auditing).

You have a couple of possibilities:

    1. create a login trigger
    2. Use the "audit logon success" sp_configure option and parse the error log

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply. Now i ahve one more query.

After enabling "Audit Logon success" option the successfull login time is stored in error log file or in any other table.

It will be in the server's error log.
