    Unanswered: Locking Forms

    Sorry another query,

Can i lock forms rather than the whole database?

As i want privelages set to manager only and therefore normal employees cannot access sensitive documents such as employee details?

I assueme you have a table of users who log on to the system?
    Username, password and that m'larky?

I suggest you add a simple yes/no field which you can use to determine who is a manager and who isn't.

Then throughout your project you can reference this yes/no and perform actions as needed (hiding the button that is used to open the employee details form etc etc).
