    Unanswered: How To Retrieve Files Based On Saved Location

    Hi everyone, does anyone know of an easy way to retrieve a number of files that are referenced in a database by it's saved location? See example listed below.

    FILE-----------SAVED LOCATION
    =========================
    1.txt----------C:\Desktop\temp\group1
    2.txt----------C:\Desktop\temp\group1
    3.txt----------C:\Desktop\temp\group2\a
    .
    .
    .

    I am trying to retrieve a number of files saved at various locations and dump them into one folder.

    You can use the FileSystemObject for that kind of stuff. I don't think it's in
    the VBA help files, so you'll have to look here:

    I'd start my search by looking at the Dir() function in VBA
