Unanswered: EDIT: nevermind.... New Database Problems

I created a new database all by myself today! (I'm so proud)

    Unfortunately, I think I missed a step. I created a new table,
and when I go to insert data into it, I get this error:

"An explicit value for the identity column in table
"BLAH" can only be specified when a column list is used and IDENTITY_INSERT is ON"

    HUH?

EDIT: nevermind... I'm an idiot. Can't insert values into the IDENTITY field

Well, you can, but that kind of negates the reason for having the identity field in the first place.
