Unanswered: Connecting files larger than 2GB via ODBC

    Hi Guys,
I am looking for a solution to this problem I am facing for a few days. I am trying to connect to a third party database and download table using ODBC.
But once the table size is more than 2 Gb, I get the error "Failed to Create Recordset".
Can anyone tell me how to increase the size of the temporary jet file or what can I do to resolve this problem.
Any windows setting I am missing.

A quick response from you gurus will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks a million in advance.

    What TYPE of third-party database?

    Is your front-end VB6? Or Access/VBA?

Are you using ADO (preferred) or DAO?

What do you mean by "Download Table" ?

Is you post the code, it would help.
