When i install the Application on Server itself it works fine.... But when i Install it on any of the client Pcs it gives me the following error....

my first guess would be to update the MDAC on the client and make sure you have matching network protocols on the client and server.

But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these you can be sure it will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.” Earnest Hemingway, A Farewell To Arms.

there is a component checker utility available the MS site for download and it will tell you what version of MDAC you are running on the machine where this works and the one where it does not. Then google MS's site for the version of MDAC you need on your client and download it there.

no you should not need SQL Server on your client. Hence the name Client - Server, but you do need the connectivity stuff.
