    Timing Finding Problem

    I work Attendence Management and HRM Software. I face a problem. Such one Employee Enter 23/04/07 8.00 am and exit 18.00 and 2nd Shift employee enter 19.00 pm and exit next day that means 24/04/07 7.00 am . How can I identify and calculate time between two days. Please anyone can do help me?
