I have most my tables using autoincrement as a primary keys. In mysql cluster can you have autoincrement as a primary keys for the tables?

I don't see why not. Would certainly make it difficult to use MySQL Cluster if primary autoincrement key were NOT available...
I personally don't have any experience with MySQL Cluster but I would be surprised if it wasn't implemented.

Yes, MySQL Cluster fully supports auto_increment columns. We also prefetch auto_increment numbers for each MySQL Server connected to the cluster to increase performance.
