Unanswered: Replicating from MS SQL 2000 results in tables using MyISAM engine

I would like the tables to be InnoDB when they are replicated, but they always are replicated as MyISAM.

    I'm using MySQL 5.

Does anyone know what I need to change to get this to occur?

Explain to use what you're doing exactly. I was a little confused by the title and then follow up. Are you migrating from MSSQL to MySQL or replicating from MySQL to MySQL, or something else?

Forgive me if I use incorrect wording here, but I think what I am doing is replicating from MS SQL to MySQL.

I'm not positive but I think migrating just means translating the data once from Ms SQL to MySQL, where as I am having it continually sent from MS SQL to MySQL.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong but i didn't believe that you could "replicate" between two different database systems...
