    Question Unanswered: ODBC Help

    I have inherited a database that has worked fine until now. I have had to change the links to some tables as they have been moved to a new server. The links work fine but the old links had the 'sa' UID inbuilt whereas the now the user has to enter a password all the time.

    Here are the properties from the table design view for both. How can I get the new link to have the same inbuilt parms please ?

    Old - ODBC;Description=Winscribe-01;DRIVER=SQL Server;SERVER=Winscribe-01;UID=sa;APP=Microsoft® Access;WSID=8C19F0J;DATABASE=WinScribe;TABLE=dbo.j ob

    New - ODBC;Description=winscribe-01;DRIVER=SQL Server;SERVER=LON-WINSCRIBE;APP=Microsoft® Access;WSID=8C19F0J;DATABASE=WinScribe;TABLE=dbo.j ob

    DSN Info

    [ODBC]
    DRIVER=SQL Server
    UID=sa
    LANGUAGE=us_english
    DATABASE=WinScribe
    WSID=8C19F0J
    APP=Microsoft® Access
    SERVER=LON-WINSCRIBE
    Description=winscribe-01

    Thanks in advance

    Dave
