    Unanswered: testing boyer moore algo

    hi,

i had problem when i ran this boyer moore code:
    http://codecodex.com/wiki/index.php?...arch_algorithm

    PHP Code:
    gcc myboyer.-o myboyer
    myboyer
    .cIn function ‘boyermoore_needlematch’:
myboyer.c:15error‘ssize_t’ undeclared (first use in this function)
myboyer.c:15error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
    myboyer
.c:15error: for each function it appears in.)
    myboyer.c:15errorexpected ‘;’ before ‘virtual_begin’
    myboyer
    .c:16errorexpected ‘;’ before ‘ignore’
    myboyer
.c:17error‘virtual_begin’ undeclared (first use in this function)
myboyer.c:17error‘ignore’ undeclared (first use in this function)
    myboyer.cAt top level:
    myboyer.c:28errorexpected ‘)’ before ‘a’
    myboyer
    .cIn function ‘memmem_boyermoore’:
myboyer.c:38error‘ssize_t’ undeclared (first use in this function)
    myboyer.c:38errorexpected ‘;’ before ‘occ’
    myboyer
.c:46error‘occ’ undeclared (first use in this function)

    what i have to do?
I am newbie in C programming.
    basically not a programmer.

    thanks.

    #include <unistd.h> for ‘ssize_t’ undeclared.
