I'm sorry my English !

I have problem:
In TOAD, execute a query. Right click on the output Data Grid and select "Save As". In Format block select "XLS File".
But Cyrillic keep incorrectly !

EXCEL via ODBC can directly read the data from the Oracle DB; bypassing Toad.
In any case the issue is the client's NLS Charater Set

What happens if you "Save As" XLS Instance instead of an XLS File?

Also, would it help if you - while in Excel - select all and change font to a more appropriate one (for example, if you got it as Arial, change it to Arial Cyrillic)?
