Unanswered: VB script in GLOBUS that connects to external database

Hello, this is my first post here :-)
I want to write a VB script in Temenos Globus to connect to an external database. Has anyone example code?
    Thanks.

If it's anything like Access VBA, you'll probably want to declare an ADO connection and recordset, instanciate them, define a connection string to the external database, open the connection, using the connection string, and open a recordset to a table in the external database.

What kind of external database are youi trying to connect to?

I would recommend this ADO Tutorial for starters.

In addition, take a look at post #3 in the VB FAQ
