Unanswered: Removing the last 4 characters from each column

    Hey,

I have 3000 rows excel spreadsheet that looks something like

    12345.dwg
    23456.dwg
    34567.dwg
    45678.dwg... (continues on)

What I want to do is somehow remove the last 4 characters from each entry. Therefore remove the ".dwg" part from each entry. Any ideas?

    Thanks
