I have a query which states each employee and the reference of who they report to. I am looking to use this query to generate a report which is basically a diagram of the company hierarchy. Using the reports in Access, is it possible to do this? If so does anyone have a starting point of how I should be looking to approach this?
Many thanks for your help - I will be able to re-design my query much better using the resources you have directed me to. The big issue I'm having is creating the visual model to display the hierarchy using a report. Ideally I could use Visio but that isn't an option - I'm stuck with a report in Access! Cheers.
