I need to create dump file that backups all my database,
and I need that the created file won't be sql file or csv file, but zip file.

Dump into a SQL file, then zip it....
(mysql doesn't offer native zipping/compression of output files).

More to the point why do you need a "zip" file?

As aschk said, mysql doesnt have any native zipping provision, one way to do it is to run a shell file periodically which should take the back up and zip it immediately
