    Unanswered: Help With Database

Hi i'm currently building a inventory database, and have ran into a stop sign!
I want to create a drop down-list for my Customer Form. How and where do i enter the data for city's and states (for Australia) I have attached the database
so you can see what I'm doing. Cheers

I will appreciate any other suggestions or criticism in-regard to the database.

You need to create a table that will contain your cities. Your drop down box would then query that table.

Since Australia only has 6 states(?), you could just hard code them into the list for the drop down's record source.

How about just using a lookup table. Also i have another problem with the relationship between payments and orders. Access comes up with "Cannot create this relationship and enforce referential integrity". I have updated my database file from the previous one, in this attachment.
