    Can someone please tell me what is the system table in Oracle which gives me this data. I looked into a couple of System tables available to the user but didnt find any. I want to know when the Mviews were last refreshed.

    I love it when a member figures it out them self. Nice going. As a little trick, try the following query in the future.

    select owner,table_name from all_tab_columns
    where column_name='MVIEW_NAME';

    This query would return all the tables or views that you have access to that contains a column names MVIEW_NAME.
