    Unanswered: confusing question about reports and subreports?

    Ok i have a spreadsheet containg several Stock numbers.

    i have imported them into a table. Now im trying to either

    A. Output to another spreadsheet...

    OR

    B. create a combination of reports...


    ...that will show me every part number related to that particular stock number.

    however there may be 50 Part numbers to every stock number. or there may only be 1 part number.



    please advise.

    I'm a little confused on the question B but A is just a docmd.transferspreadsheet command (the Code Bank has some sample code on importing using a browse button which you can easily change to export).

    For question B you want what's called GROUPING.
    In the report you would show the stock number in the "group header" and the part numbers in the "group details".
