    do you know any tool for Oracle on Debian something like Toad ?

    Tool for what?
    To manage database you could start the Enterprise Manager.
    Otherwise, you can use TOAD from WinDoze client.

    ummm.. You could use SQL Developer. This is a tool similar to toad and is available for multiple platforms.

    you could use plsql,it's the best tool for oracle
