Unanswered: how to open IIS weblogs in ms access

I get calls about web problems everday. The IIS weblogs on webserver are set to txt and i don't have permission to change it. Therefore, it is very hard to trouble shoot. I was wondering, if someone can tell me how to open the following example that I copied from the log in database. For now, I would start with ms access. I tried to open the txt file in access but i get an error "unrecognized database format". I am open to any suggestions. please help!!
