Unanswered: How to check the memory used by tables

    Hi All,

I want to check memory used by tables and materialized view. I am using Oracle SQL *Plus 9.2.0.1.0 and i am logging as "scott". I searched a lot and found some queries that uses tables dba_segments, user_segments, db_block. But when I used those query it shows no such tables exist.

    Will you plz, help me.

    Thanks in advance.

By "memory" are you refering to "storage used"?

In order for "scott" account to access the DBA tables, you must grant the "SELECT ANY DICTIONARY" privilege to scott.
